Your use of Rebecca Eagles Meditation & Healing services, including any service, digital content, or product obtained through Rebecca Eagles, is at your own risk and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. By purchasing, booking, or accessing any product or service (including free, discounted, and gifted services), you agree to be bound by these terms.

Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership
All materials provided during virtual appointments, workshops, or made available on this website—including but not limited to guided meditations, audio recordings, videos, workbooks, PDF guides, text, graphics, logos, and proprietary healing modalities, frameworks, or course curricula (collectively, the "Content")—are the exclusive property of Rebecca Eagles and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial development. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, republishing, selling, distributing, teaching, or creating derivative works from any Content without express prior written consent from Rebecca Eagles.

Virtual Session & Recording Policy
To maintain a safe, confidential, and sacred healing space, audio, video, or digital recording of sessions by the client is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Rebecca Eagles.

If written authorization to record a session is granted, the recording must be kept strictly confidential. You are expressly forbidden from uploading, streaming, or sharing any portion of a recorded session to any public platform, social media channel, or third party. Unauthorized recording or sharing constitutes a violation of privacy and an infringement on intellectual property rights, and will result in the immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

Nature of Services & Medical Disclaimer
Energy healing is a holistic and complementary practice that may include techniques such as Reiki, sound therapy, chakra balancing, or other forms of intuitive energy work. These services are intended solely to support overall well-being and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or other licensed healthcare treatment.

Rebecca Eagles is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or psychiatrist, and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or psychological conditions. Clients are required and encouraged to seek appropriate care from qualified healthcare professionals for any medical, physical, or psychological concerns.

Personal Responsibility & Outcomes
Clients participate voluntarily and assume full, solo responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after all sessions. Energy healing is a highly individualized process; therefore, experiences and outcomes vary, and no specific results, cures, or outcomes are guaranteed or implied.

Liability Waiver & Release
By engaging in these energy healing services, you, your heirs, executors, and representatives fully release and hold harmless Rebecca Eagles, her affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising from your participation, or your use of any products or services. You agree that you are solely responsible for any lifestyle, healthcare, or personal decisions you make following your sessions. Except in cases of proven gross negligence, Rebecca Eagles’ total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the service in question.

Confidentiality
All personal information, client records, and specific session content are treated as strictly confidential. Exceptions to confidentiality apply only where disclosure is mandated by law, including but not limited to an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or a valid court order.

Payments, Cancellations, & Refunds
No Refunds: All session fees, digital products, and package purchases are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, missed appointments, or client dissatisfaction with energetic results.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full session fee at the practitioner's sole discretion.

Consent & Age Requirement
By booking a session or purchasing a product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the parent/legal guardian providing explicit consent for a minor. Booking a session or purchasing a product signifies your full understanding, acknowledgment, and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
